ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC. 12TH MAY NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

Printed apparel orders may take 3-5 business days to process.

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery

Standard International Shipping: Please allow 8-14 business days for delivery

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis.

If the customer provides an incorrect or outdated shipping address, Finer Finds is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

If the customer's address is incorrect or invalid, Finer Finds is not reliable to replace the package. Customer must cover extra shipping expenses if package is returned to sender.
